6. Fees and Payments

• Most features are free for job seekers
• Employers may be required to pay for premium services (e.g., featured listings, sponsored ads)
• Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers (e.g., Stripe)
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, software, and design elements on the Platform are the property of Publish.jobs or its licensors
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission
• You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for platform functionality and promotion

8. Termination of Use

We may suspend or terminate your account:
